The vines of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon come from the Bordeaux region of France and landed in Italy towards the end of 1800. Vinified together produce Cabernet DOC Piave, which in the provinces of Treviso and Venice, is one of the main products.
It is vinified in red, with a minimum of one week maceration at a controlled temperature.
The color is intense ruby ??red with garnet reflections, the smell is very tangy, slightly herbaceous on the palate is intense, elegant body and refines with aging.
