We have launched the production of biological apples Modi (apple with red colour and particularly sweet) in 2011. Now We have 3,5 hectares and 0,5 Golden apple. Now the harvest amounted to approximately 350 quintal per hectare.
Exactly as with kiwi the greater part of the harvest is collected by consortium Cesena, a part is used in the production of apple juice and apple pulp, and finally a small part is sold in retail in boxes of about 10 kg.
Apples, apple juice and jam can be bought in our points of sale, apples only from September to May.
